How It Works

Step 1: Book a consultation Meeting
Schedule a one-on-one virtual meeting with your designer. In this session, we'll discuss your questionnaire answers, This can be easily done via the "Contact Us" page on our website.

Step 2 : Fill out our Questionnaire & talk to us about your space
Start by completing a comprehensive questionnaire that captures your design preferences, requirements, and goals.

Step 3: Kick-off call with Designer
Virtual meeting with the designer to discuss your questionnaire answers, address follow-up questions, and walk you through our design process.

Step 4 : Receive Design Concepts
We will develop customised design concepts for your space. You'll receive visual representations, such as 2D floor plans, 3D renderings, or mood boards, showcasing proposed colours, schemes, furniture layout, and decorative elements.

Step 5 : Give us feedback and Iterate
Collaborate with us to refine and iterate the design, ensuring it aligns with your vision and meets your expectations.

Step 6 : Receive curated shopping list and implement yourself
Once the design is finalised, we'll provide you with a curated shopping list that includes recommended products and materials. With the shopping list in hand, you have the freedom to implement the design at your own pace and within your budget

Our online concierge service means we will do all the shopping for you. We manage order placement to your designated location while also giving you real-time updates on delivery times, tracking number, stock availability, etc. Think of us as your personal interior shopper.

With our 3 Dimensional render service, you get to visualise a realistic view of what your space would look like should you choose the design option in question.
On-site Styling Service

Too busy or not feeling confident enough to style your space on your own? Not a problem at all. You can have our senior designer come into your property and execute the finalised and approved design. Please note that properties located more than 40 KM from HQ will incur additional travel costs. Also note that Designer would not be responsible for mounting any flat packed furniture

WHAT IS VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN?
Virtual interior design, commonly known as e-design, is a contemporary approach that harnesses digital technology and communication tools to create interior design plans and concepts remotely. In essence, we collaborate with you online, eliminating the need for in-person meetings, and provide you with a curated list of products that you can purchase and implement on your own.
CAN I USE YOUR E-DESIGN SERVICE IF I DON'T LIVE IN ENGLAND?
E-design bridges the in-person communication gap so the simple answer is yes. However there are areas to consider such as the availability of local furniture vendors we are accustomed to at JENNI BELLO. Please contact us to discuss how this can affect your project.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Simply click on the “ Book a consultation” tab on our website and schedule an initial consultation meeting time with our designer. Before your consultation you will receive a link to pre-populate a questionnaire to give us more information on your project details beforehand at the meeting.
WHAT IF I DECIDE MID-PROJECT I WANT TO ADD MORE ROOMS?
Since we work on a “per room” basis, increasing the scope is not a problem.
WITH THE E-DESIGN, WILL A DESIGNER COME TO MY HOUSE TO SET EVERYTHING UP FOR ME?
The e-design service provides you with the plan, and you can implement it as time and budget allows. However you can purchase our one-ff ONSITE STYLING add-on service to have a designer come to your property to style your furniture piece. Please note that the designer would not be responsible for mounting flat packed furniture pieces. Also Properties located more than 40 KM from HQ will incur additional travel costs.
HOW DOES YOUR CONCIERGE SERVICE WORK?
With our concierge ordering service, we arrange purchase and delivery of furnishings and other items purchased on behalf of the Client for the Project. Full deposit is required for each item and only upon receipt of payment would we place order. All Items purchased go into a licensed, bonded, insured and climate controlled warehouse awaiting installation. Use this option if you do not want to deliver items directly or on multiple trips to your home. Clients are responsible for all shipping, storage, & delivery fees.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE DESIGN SUGGESTIONS?
It’s very important that we get your project briefing and ideas accurately from the beginning so we can design your space according to your style. It’s possible and very normal in a creative process that you might not love everything at first, and that’s why within the process you are allowed to have an agreeable amount of amends until you are entirely happy with the end result of your project
