1.Initial Consultation.

During the initial consultation, we engage in active listening to truly understand our client's property and their unique vision for the space. We delve deeper to grasp their interior design preferences, style, and key considerations such as desired timelines. This crucial step allows us to establish a solid foundation and tailor our approach to meet their specific requirements and aspirations.

2. Agreement.

Once our client is ready to kickstart their project, we guide them in selecting the appropriate design package. We then provide our contracts for their review, ensuring complete transparency and clarity. Once both parties are satisfied, the client signs the letter of agreement, officially solidifying our partnership and outlining the terms and expectations for the project. This step sets the stage for a collaborative and successful design journey.

3. Brief validation

After the initial stages, we compile a comprehensive summary of our client's requirements and information based on our understanding. This summary is then shared with the client for validation or modification. We value open communication and encourage our clients to review the summary carefully, ensuring that it accurately captures their vision and goals for the project. This collaborative process allows us to align our design approach with their expectations, ensuring a customised and satisfying outcome.

4. Concept Design

Once the client has validated the project brief, we begin translating their requirements into a set number of concept designs. These designs are carefully crafted and presented to the client for their approval. We value close collaboration and actively encourage feedback during this phase. Upon finalizing the design, we provide clients with close-up samples of the proposed materials, allowing them to experience the look and feel of the products that will be incorporated. Our concept design package includes mood boards, itemized floor plans showcasing furniture placements, and elevations, providing a comprehensive visual representation of the proposed design direction.

5. Implementation & Handover

During the Implementation & Handover stage of our full-service interior design process, we bring the design vision to life by coordinating the construction and installation. Our team works closely with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure precise execution of the approved design plan. We maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. In the Handover phase, we conduct a thorough final inspection, presenting the completed project and offering guidance on maintenance. Our goal is to deliver stunning, functional interiors that exceed expectations, with a focus on attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship.
